Red Grapevine is able to accommodate dinner functions of up to 60 with a variety of menu choices and price ranges.
All groups over 15 need to choose one of our large group menus.
Please let us know if your guests have any special requests or dietary requirements.
Confirmation of numbers and choice of menu will be required 48 hours in advance of your booking, and then final confirmation of numbers must be made by 12pm the day of the booking. Red Grapevine reserves the right to charge guests who confirm, but fail to turn up.
Red Grapevine is BYO for bottled wine & champagne only. To avoid embarrassment, please inform all of your guests that they will not be allowed BYO beers, cask wine or spirits.
If you are celebrating a birthday you are also welcome to bring a cake, which our staff will serve to your table. A $1 per person surcharge will apply. For an additonal $1 per person, your choice of cream or ice cream will be served. Please supply your own candles.
Payment may be made on the night by cash, eftpos, visa or mastercard. Business cheques are accepted by prior arrangement.
Large groups can arrange to pay separately as long as a list of names of those attending is provided at the beginning of the night. The party organiser will need to specify whether drinks and or corkages are to be put on the bill, or paid for by guests on ordering. The organiser is ultimately responsible for any un-paid monies.
At the discretion of management, a 10% holding deposit may be required on the confirmation of your booking.
